Careers

Lexa Dome Homes Ltd. is continually looking for individuals with a keen interest in producing our dome homes and products for the general public.  Our group is dedicated to a friendly and positive atmosphere giving employees a sense of knowing they are with a company that will treat them with respect offering compensation that is fair for the work performed.

Lexa is built around a common sense approach with the basic procedures and processes found in most companies.  Most all disciplines are covered from sales to shipping including construction.  Many positions are currently filled with contract labour,

As Lexa grows there will always be a need for more trained job foremen / crew chiefs with trained construction labourers.  Our building crews have the skill sets to bring every project to at least lock up.  This includes basic carpentry for floor on foundation, dome erection, interior floors, stairs, envelope (including building paper), door and window dormer carpentry, door and window installation, rain screen installation, roofing, and finally the siding (primarily shakes).  In some cases we build the entire house so skill sets in Phase two of our Home Building Process will be required.

We are currently looking for experienced salesmen for the Ontario market.  Please review the entire website.  If this is something you could find intersting and exciting, please contact us with your resume.
